Overview

Bradken’s crusher liner product range is designed to provide the safest solutions for product installation and materials handling, optimal performance in product and operations, and are supported by performance and condition monitoring solutions and local customer service support. Crusher Monitoring

Bradken's team conducts advanced DEM modelling to simulate liner wear and high impact zones. Crusher cavity modelling is carried out to monitor main shaft movement and travel during liner wear and mantle change outs.
New liner profiles and worn liner profiles are imported from VWR scan data and are used to simulate the eccentric movement, CSS & OSS over the life of the liners. The crusher cavity is analysed to ensure a single choke point is achieved to maximise crusher performance.
VWR Deliverables;
  • Captures a full 3D map of the internal crusher cavity & mantle mainshaft surface for real time visualisation.
  • Presents a single part dashboard monitoring for accurate wear data collection on individual concave liners and mantle
  • Detailed liner wear profiling plots across all liners illustrating high wear zones and crusher dynamics
  • Minimise safe confined space entry for complete data capture
  • 3D scan data fed directly into 3D DEM modelling software to simulate crusher performance and liner evolution
  • Easy to read visual colour map imaging for all high wear zones of crusher liners
  • Provides liner life and changeout predictions for maintenance teams
