Bradken’s Ground Engaging Tools plate lip range includes Zenith®, supported by points, adaptors, and plate lip shrouds, our plate lip range delivers improved safety and efficiency, extended wear life, and reduced maintenance downtime.
Zenith® Plate Lip Range
Bradken’s Zenith® Plate Lip ground engagement tools are engineered to minimise dig energy required for penetration and extend wear life of points. It is compatible with existing plate lips and lip shrouds.
Bradken Zenith® Adapters are available in three options depending on machine class or dig severity. Bradken Zenith®points are available in three styles, and it is apt for multiple applications. Zenith®Bucket lip plate GET solutions are compatible with Bradken’s Defender™ shroud range.

- Our unique design eliminates through-pins and enables point rotation. Point locking pins are engineered to perform in all climates.
- Safer installation and removal with the hammer-free pin and hammer-free removal tools. The point locking pin is supplied pre-installed, reducing installation efforts.
- Horizontal pin orientation leads to improved ergonomics during the removal process.
- Efficient change-out time at two minutes per point with hammer-free pin and removal tools.
- Single upper and lower wear caps extend adapter life. Flat surfaces allow simple nose maintenance when required. Pin design maintains reliability in all mining applications from extreme heat to extreme cold.
- New streamlined design minimises dig energy required. Unique reversible hexagonal nose maximises the utilisation of point wear material.
- Reduced tooth change-out time to approximately two minutes per point with our hammer-free pin and removal tools.
- Tooth change requires one lock to be removed

Easy conversion: Know more
It is now easy to convert to Bradken Zenith® through a few steps – start by making the GET conversion to the existing lip kit, followed by fitting the new lip. The last steps are ordering a new Bradken bucket fitted with Zenith® and then specifying Zenith® to be fitted to your next bucket order.
